Part Deux: Pink heartshaped sunglasses. I found red heart sunglasses at Hot Topic, but I really wanted pink ones. After a long and fruitless search, I decided to go back and buy the red sunglasses. And (dun dun dun) they didn't have them anymore. Sad me. So I've been looking at each store I go into for heart shaped sunglasses. Today at Wal-Mart I check the sunglasses (nope) and wander over to the area with scarves and bandanas and totes and what-not and what do I see, staring me in the face?
PINK HEART-SHAPED SUNGLASSES! And also blue ones, white ones, and black ones. After a call to my friend Alicia (holla!) I decided on the pink sunglasses after a momentary lapse in judgement (I mean, the shock of the rainbow of possibilities - can you blame me?). Best of all? Most of the time when you're hunting for the holy grail and you find it, it costs you an arm and a leg. This time? $5. WIN!
Must be the day for Wal-Mart sunglasses finds. Rachel scored herself some purple sparkley butterfly princess sunglasses at Wal-Mart today for $5.
ReplyDeleteI am secretly hoping that your IBC cap falls off...I am mean, but it would be funny...
I meant to tell you Sat. that I thought your headband was cute.
ReplyDeleteLauren - My IBC cap DID fall off. Luckily it just fell off in my bathroom and not while I was out somewhere. I'll try E6000 to keep it on this time.
ReplyDeleteBrigitte - Thanks!
Yeah!! hey, not everyone can pull off pink heart shaped glasses, but they look good on you, Kid!
ReplyDeleteLove your headband too..very cute with the bottle cap in the middle.
Smiles, Karen
