Memory Cards

I was trying to think of something I could make for each of my family members to remember Grandma when this idea popped into my head. It was perfect because it wasn't too expensive or time consuming, which was a very important factor considering 1 (Grandpa) + 9 (aunts & uncles) + 22 (cousins) = 31 cards.

I knew it was meant to be when I stumbled upon a "grab bag" (50% off!) in a local thrift store that contained (among other things) 2 decks of cards. Plus, when I opened the cards, I discovered the fronts were uncoated! I could stamp with ease!

So far, I've only finished a few, but I'll keep this post updated as I finish more memory cards!

First of all, I am so sorry to hear about your grandma. I love your memory cards. What a sweet keepsake for your family members. Secondly, why have I not been to your blog before? I am going to have to come back when I have time to click the links but I already know I like it. And, thanks for visiting my blog today.
