Christmas Wrap-up

All the decorations are put away, the tree is back in the box and the presents are being enjoyed. Or worn, in my case.

First, the cards we sent out. I handmade them all this year.

First up, Peas on Earth, which was a blatent rip-off of these cards from craftster user Phizzychick who did a much better job.

Then I saw these snowflakes and decided to try it out. Since I had more coffee filter snowflakes on my hands than I knew what to do with, I made them into more cards!

I sent most of these out the day we left for Florida. Have I mentioned the perks of marrying a Florida boy? There are many. One of them is getting to spend Christmas in 80 degree weather and sunshine.

Look how clear the water was!

I made chocolate dipped pretzel sticks rolled in crushed up candy canes. Once I was out of pretzel rods, I found myself with plenty of chocolate and candy canes left, so I dipped a few of those, too.
