I forgot to take a before-before pic, so here it is at the beginning of many doodle sessions:
And here's the finished product:
When I was at Target the other day, I saw they were on clearance (what few that were left, anyway). This was so relaxing to fill in. :)

Cute, cute, cute! Were they with the back-to-school stuff or the regular office stuff? My daughter would love one!
They were with the back-to-school stuff!
What brand is it? my target didn't have any, but I'd love to order one online from somewhere else1
Very cute! When I was teaching kg, I always loved to take time to color with the kids. They loved knowing I was joining in with them and it was quite relaxing. Have a great weekend. :) Tammy
Sarah - The notebook brand is Gartner Studios, but I didn't see them on the website.
Hi Jessica,
I found your blog during One World One Heart 2010 and bookmarked it. I finally got back to it today. I thoroughly enjoy your blog and the eclectic mix of art and photography that makes your blog so inspiring.
Views of Eureka Springs brought back memories of visiting there several years ago. Your experience with the restaurant sounded as bad as the place I stayed, the big hotel at the top of the hill at the edge of town called the Crescent Hotel. The lobby and grounds were gorgeous, but get above the first floor and the place was a dump. I paid top dollar for a room no bigger than a broom closet with a view of another hotel wall. What a disappointment. The rest of the town was fun, though and I have fond memories of visiting several times. I enjoyed the memories you brought back in your post.
I feature a blog each day on my blog, and Sunday (Sept 26) I will be featuring yours. Sunday's feature blog is a bit different because the blog post is by itself due to my "Silent Sunday" feature. Just wanted to let you know how inspiring I find your blog and am glad I was able to make it back, finally!
I love this...I have to get one...like, tomorrow! I'm a clothing designer, but I can't really draw at all, but I could stay in the lines, I think!
